Marketing Manager Hybrid ( 2 days in London office) £55-60k Maternity cover ( 12 month FTC) The role Four Squared Recruitment is seeking a Marketing Specialist for a one-year maternity cover to join a vibrant and fast-paced team. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to support ambitious marketing objectives by utilising a broad range of marketing strategies to engage a diverse membership within the financial services sector. A significant aspect of the role will involve promoting events and training programmes to meet commercial goals.We are looking for a creative marketing professional who has a true strategic mindset, who can immerse themselves into a new and exciting sector.Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to plan and manage marketing campaigns for various commercial activities.
  • Implement marketing initiatives across multiple platforms, including websites, blogs, videos, emails (with audience segmentation), social media, and on-site event promotions.
  • Develop, edit, and manage compelling marketing content that adheres to brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and SEO best practices.
  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to effectively target audiences, ensuring timely delivery and minimising message fatigue.
  • Manage the commercial sections of the website, ensuring events and training courses are presented in an engaging and informative manner, including updates on details, speakers, and agendas.
  • Work with the design team to produce attractive, on-brand marketing materials.
  • Track, measure, and optimise campaign performance, providing detailed reports and insights for continuous improvement.
