Marketing Manager ??Salary: £50,000Location: Watford (moving central soon) Hybrid: up to 3 days a week
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our clients team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative, strategic, and highly organized individual to make a big impact in a collaborative environment, with the potential to build on their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the team, ensuring seamless integration across all channels.
- Lead and execute a digital-first, omni-channel strategy covering paid, earned, owned, and social media, CRM, email, and comms.
- Use strong data and analytics to inform decisions and drive marketing effectiveness.
- Take a hands-on approach to content creation, from copywriting to creating assets on Canva.
- Oversee marketing operations, including GMS and DevOps communications.
- Play an integral role in the team, assisting in marketing execution and strategy.
- Train and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support.
