We are looking for a driven and strategic Marketing Manager to join a scaling FinTech business to lead the development and execution of their marketing plans.

The Marketing Manager will manage a range of projects, including marketing campaigns, events, social media initiatives, and market analysis. The role will involve identifying trends, creating content, and collaborating with internal teams, external agencies, and senior leadership to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive growth and brand visibility

  • Lead marketing campaigns, events, and social media initiatives

  • Analyse market trends and customer insights to optimize marketing efforts

  • Manage marketing content creation, including social media posts and external submissions

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, external agencies, and leadership to drive marketing vision

  • Manage website content, marketing processes, and event coordination

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns

  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and tools like HubSpot, WordPress, Canva, and LinkedIn

  • Strong project management skills and experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within SaaS or Financial Services

  • Exceptional communication, content creation, and relationship-building skills
