Marketing Manager

Your new companyYour new company is a higher education organisation, seeking a Marketing Manager to maximise student recruitment across the board. They promote value to the community by sharing knowledge and educating a range of disciplines. Your new roleYour new role will work within the Marketing team, with the intention of maximising student recruitment, which will require strategising and implementing conversion plans to demonstrate a customer journey for students, This will include:

• Working closely with the Director of Marketing and the wider Marketing team to develop and deliver Marketing strategy
• Tailoring campaigns to various markets, channels and messaging styles
• Deliver lead generation activities, in partnership with a digital agency
• Manage virtual events and ensure they are delivered in a competent and successful manner
• Support the delivery of student and customer experience at varied touchpoints

What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in applying for this role, you will need to have a degree-level qualification and experience in a similar position. It is desirable that you have previously operated in Higher Education, although any experience within student recruitment is suitable. You will also need to have experience operating a multi-channel Marketing strategy, across a range of consumer profiles. Given the people management involved across this role, previous experience in managing and developing staff is also a requirement.
