Ideally developer side. A key role within the business focused in on implementing the marketing strategy across 5 key developments. Some Key Duties

Project manage and amend when needed when needed key collaterals: brochures, digital content, websites, floor plans.
To take the lead on all communications across the business
To deliver campaign idea's to key stakeholders
Work with appointed digital & offline agencies
Lead the day-to-day management of the social media/PPC campaigns: paid and organic, incorporating the latest trends and techniques in digital marketing
Prepare monthly reports

Experience

At least 3 years’ marketing experience within real estate
