Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor integrated campaigns to engage target audiences and drive maximum ROI. Coordinate efforts with internal teams and external vendors. ??
LinkedIn & Professional Networking: Lead the company's LinkedIn strategy to enhance brand visibility and engage with industry professionals. ??
Data & Analytics: Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools. Leverage insights to refine strategies and deliver results. ??
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to align marketing initiatives with business goals. Foster relationships with external partners and influencers. ??
Marketing Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive strategies to drive brand growth, awareness, and customer engagement. Stay current with market trends and competitor activities. ??
Budgeting & Reporting: Manage the marketing budget effectively and provide regular updates to senior management. ??
You will have:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- 3+ years' experience in a marketing role, with a strong track record in social media and campaign management
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and marketing analytics
- Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Experience with marketing automation tools and social media scheduling platforms
- Excellent communication, project management, and organisational skills
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content and innovative campaigns
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn marketing, B2B campaigns, and professional networking strategies
