We are partnering exclusively with a high growth business within the real estate sector. They are looking to hire someone who can lead on their marketing planning and delivery. This role is based in central London.

Client Details

The company are a commercial property investment and development firm with a focus on real estate that requires full refurbishment or development. Their portfolio consists o iconic and flagship properties in popular destinations predominantly in central London but also with an expanding presence across various suburban locations.

They are looking to hire a Marketing Manager into their business based in the city of London.

Description

Key responsibilities of the Marketing Manager:

  • Content Strategy: Assist in the development and implementation of content strategies for the platform, portfolio, and individual assets, aligned with long-term and short-term marketing goals.
  • Marketing & Communications: Manage marketing, communications, and branding efforts across all assets, ensuring consistency with the broader group's brand.
  • Digital Presence: Oversee social media, website management, SEO, and increase engagement metrics.
  • PR & Media Relations: Manage relationships with journalists, send press releases, and seek external PR opportunities.
  • Content Creation: Produce and edit content for internal and external audiences, including presentations and internal materials.
  • Performance Reporting: Track and report on content and sustainability performance, optimizing strategies as needed.
  • Presentation Development: Create PowerPoint decks for various workstreams and prepare presentations that align with sustainability objectives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with stakeholders to ensure content consistency and support day-to-day projects with the content lead.
  • Compliance & Trends: Ensure content compliance with legal standards and stay updated on the latest trends and best practices, including sustainability initiatives.
  • Sustainability Lead Support: Assist the sustainability lead with day-to-day tasks and needs, ensuring alignment with sustainability goals

Profile

The successful candidate for the Marketing Manager role:
