Description

- Content Strategy: Assist in the development and implementation of content strategies for the platform, portfolio, and individual assets, aligned with long-term and short-term marketing goals.

- Marketing & Communications: Manage marketing, communications, and branding efforts across all assets, ensuring consistency with the broader group's brand.

- Digital Presence: Oversee social media, website management, SEO, and increase engagement metrics.

- PR & Media Relations: Manage relationships with journalists, send press releases, and seek external PR opportunities.

- Content Creation: Produce and edit content for internal and external audiences, including presentations and internal materials.

- Performance Reporting: Track and report on content and sustainability performance, optimising strategies as needed.

- Presentation Development: Create PowerPoint decks for various work streams and prepare presentations that align with sustainability objectives.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with stakeholders to ensure content consistency and support day-to-day projects with the content lead.

- Compliance & Trends: Ensure content compliance with legal standards and stay updated on the latest trends and best practices, including sustainability initiatives.

- Sustainability Lead Support: Assist the sustainability lead with day-to-day tasks and needs, ensuring alignment with sustainability goals

Profile

A successful Marketing Manager should have:

  • Degree in marketing, business or related field
  • Similar background in a similar role within the property industry
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and social media strategy
  • Excellent leadership and organisational skills
