• Strategy Development: Create and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote our capital markets services and support business objectives.
• Content Creation: Develop compelling content for various channels, including website, social media, newsletters, and client presentations, that communicates our value proposition effectively.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and maximize outreach efforts.
• Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and insights that inform marketing initiatives.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, measuring effectiveness and adjusting strategies based on performance metrics.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on professional or financial services, preferably within the commercial real estate or capital markets sectors.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
