Reed Marketing and Creative are looking for a Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with various departments and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company objectives and enhancing the market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and budgets that align with departmental and companywide objectives, ensuring effective campaign delivery and performance analysis.
  2. Management: Lead and manage a team, delegate tasks effectively, and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
  3. Brand Oversight: Ensure all marketing materials adhere to the organisations brand guidelines and select appropriate mediums and channels for marketing initiatives.
  4. Data Analysis: Utilise analytics to assess marketing effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to optimise future campaigns.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison for the Marketing function within the organisation, collaborating stakeholders to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years in marketing, preferably in professional services.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with CRM and E-marketing software, as well as digital marketing and social media campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage projects from conception to execution on tight deadlines.
