Your new companyHays is currently working with a company which is recognised as a top UK property development company. You'll be joining a close-knit, collaborative, & social marketing team that operates centrally across the group. This role offers a great opportunity to join a growing team in a role that offers a lot of capacity for further development - including line management and more responsibility.Your new roleThis is an all round generalist marketing role. You'll be responsible for creating and implementing a strategy and will work closely with key stakeholders & the team to plan & deliver effective multichannel marketing, with end-to-end responsibility. Key areas of focus will be social (LinkedIn/Instagram), website, strategic implementation and brand awareness and will report into the Head of Marketing.What you'll need to succeedYou will need experience in a similar role, with a degree in marketing, Knowledge of the property industry or a keen interest in learning more, Leadership skills and line management. Senior stakeholder management along with people management is key. Creating and implementing multi-channel campaigns and strategy along with the team.
