Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Business Development, this role offers the chance to take a leading position in developing and delivering an ambitious and innovative marketing and business development plan, aligned with the firm's strategy.
The role is both strategic and hands-on, covering everything from planning and executing multi-channel campaigns, managing the firm's marketing technology (including CRM, Virture, and WordPress), to writing, reviewing, and editing content that aligns with the firm’s tone of voice. You’ll also oversee the firm’s social media channels, work closely with external agencies on creative campaigns, coordinate legal directories and award submissions, and provide regular performance reporting on campaigns and digital channels.
Collaboration is key, as you’ll work with partners, associates, and the wider marketing team to support the firm’s business development goals. You’ll also play a pivotal role in promoting the skills and capabilities of the marketing and BD team across the firm, helping to raise awareness and provide valuable guidance.
The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in a marketing or business development role, ideally within a law firm or professional services setting. A proven track record of running successful marketing campaigns and a CIM qualification (or equivalent) are essential.
