An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing team in a media consultancy. This role is perfect for an analytical individual who thrives in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in coordinating, managing, and supporting marketing, events, and content initiatives to fuel growth. You will support the collaboration and integration of recently acquired businesses as we look to cross-market and promote our group services and products.

What you'll do:

As a Marketing Manager, your role will be pivotal in driving the company's growth through strategic marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for managing external communications, executing digital marketing campaigns, optimising the company website, growing B2B social media channels, organising global events, integrating data into the CRM system, maintaining client data integrity, and providing detailed reporting. Your ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams will be crucial in ensuring the successful execution of these responsibilities.

  • Manage and execute external newsletters, client communications, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Implement best practices and optimisation of the company website to reflect expanded propositions and services.
  • Strategically manage and grow B2B social media channels, focusing on LinkedIn sponsorship and paid media campaigns.
  • Assist in organising, executing and promoting the company's global events programme.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate data, user journeys, LinkedIn networks, and social media followers into the company's CRM system.
  • Maintain the integrity and organisation of client and prospect data to ensure targeted campaign delivery.
  • Provide detailed reporting and insights to guide marketing spend and ROI allocation using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.
