Role Purpose:
As a Marketing Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving lead generation efforts and shaping the overall marketing strategy. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimising high-impact marketing campaigns that attract and convert high-quality leads. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will ensure that our marketing initiatives align with business goals, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer engagement within the digital transformation sector.
Job Description:
The Marketing Manager will oversee lead generation strategies, campaign management, content creation, and partner relationship nurturing, particularly with Microsoft. This role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing efforts align with business needs and drive measurable results.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead generation: Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns, including impactful SEO and PPC strategies, to generate high-quality leads and drive business growth.
- Strategic leadership: Develop and implement marketing strategies that support overall business goals and lead the strategic planning process.
- Collaborative execution: Work closely with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful marketing initiatives.
- Campaign management: Oversee the design, execution, and management of marketing campaigns, including SEO and PPC efforts, to meet business objectives and maximise ROI.
- Content creation: Manage the development of marketing materials (blogs, case studies, webpages) to communicate our value proposition and thought leadership.
- Brand building: Drive demand and increase brand awareness across digital channels, including ads, social media, email, and events.
- Relationship management: Foster strategic partnerships, especially with Microsoft, to strengthen our market position.
- Industry awareness: Stay informed on marketing trends and adapt strategies to keep our efforts fresh and effective.
- Collaboration & management: Manage inputs from the wider business and external partners to ensure alignment and successful execution of campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in the digital transformation or technology sector.
- Additional Experience: Proven experience in lead generation, campaign management and strategic marketing planning.

- Google analytics: Proficient in tracking and optimising digital marketing efforts.
- Event management: Experienced in planning and executing marketing events and webinars.
Desired Skills:
- Experience managing Marketing Development Funds (MDF) and working with channel partners.
- Understanding of the Microsoft technology stack and its value proposition in the digital transformation space.
