Our client is seeking a talented Marketing Manager to lead seamless marketing execution and serve as the bridge between teams, projects and senior stakeholders.

This unique role sits at the heart of a sophisticated and evolving structure, playing a key role in diverse campaigns across multiple business lines and geographies. Working closely with marketing experts and senior leaders, you'll bring ideas to life, ensuring an impactful and results driven delivery.

Ideally, you'll come from an insurance brokerage or regulated background, with strong communication and writing skills. Articulate and creative, you'll thrive in an environment where you're encouraged to think outside the box and take ownership of your projects.

This isn't a rigid role - you'll have the freedom to shape your approach and the way you work.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in delivering marketing projects within set timelines and budgets across multiple locations.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams (e.g., Communications, Design, PR, Digital) to execute campaigns.
  • Provide proactive advice and ensure stakeholder needs are met with urgency.
  • Maintain knowledge of the insurance market and company products/services.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory content standards.
  • Analyse digital data to assess marketing effectiveness and guide improvements.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing activities with growth targets and CRM tools.
  • Support digital and in-person client events.

Requirements:

  • Relevant marketing experience in B2B, insurance, or professional services.
  • Skilled in offline and online marketing, including email, social media, and SEO.
  • Proficient in using digital analytics for campaign insights.
  • Strong project management, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and adapt to changing environments.
  • Experience delivering marketing in regulated environments.
  • Collaborative team player with a detail-oriented and solution driven mindset.
