Job Title: Marketing Manager (6-Month Contract)
Location: Hybrid - 2-3 days per week in office

Rate: £300 per day (Inside and Outside IR35 TBC )
About the Company: We are a rapidly scaling company, poised for growth, and we're looking for a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to help us elevate our brand during this exciting phase. As we expand, we need someone who can bring fresh ideas to the table, tell our brand's story, and drive impactful marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
Role Overview: As our Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our marketing strategy. You'll be responsible for both overseeing the execution of day-to-day marketing activities and crafting the long-term vision for the brand. This is a hybrid role, requiring 2-3 days per week in the office, where you'll collaborate closely with our marketing and creative teams to ensure that the brand's voice and vision are communicated effectively across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy & Management: Develop and execute a compelling brand strategy that aligns with the company's vision and supports its rapid scale-up efforts. Ensure brand consistency across all communications and touch points.
- Creative Direction: Lead the creation of engaging and creative content that tells the company's story. Work closely with the creative team to produce high-quality marketing materials, campaigns, and assets.
- Campaign Development: Plan, launch, and measure marketing campaigns, from concept through execution, across digital and traditional channels. Use data-driven insights to optimize performance and deliver results.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders (product, sales, leadership) to align marketing strategies with business objectives and ensure marketing efforts directly support growth initiatives.
- Content Strategy: Oversee content creation for both digital and offline channels, including website copy, blog posts, email marketing, and social media content.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends and understand customer needs and preferences.
- Reporting & Analytic: Track and report on marketing campaign performance, using data and insights to continuously improve strategies and drive ROI.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or Brand Manager, ideally within a fast-growing or scale-up environment.
- Strong storytelling abilities - a creative mind with the ability to translate the company's vision and values into compelling marketing materials.
- Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, email, events, etc.).
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, PPC, analytics, and social media.
- A proactive, flexible, and creative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and adapt to changing needs.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
