Marketing ManagerPlay a pivotal role in the day-to-day marketing for fee-earning teams, managing other Marketing team members and creating and delivering marketing plans that align with and support the firm’s objectives. Duties:

Line management of direct reports
Advise Partners and Team Leaders on the best approach to achieve their business and marketing objectives.
Create strategic marketing and campaign plans ( end to end )
Market research, digital marketing, lead generation strategy, content marketing and data analysis.
Collaborate with events, operations, PR and design specialists
Write, review and edit impactful copy for all marketing channels
Develop strategic partnerships
Manage budgets and reports

About you:

5- 8 years’ experience years within Marketing
Proven leadership in marketing roles at a managerial level or above
Professional services Industry experience
Experience within a partnership led firm is preferred
Ability to foster collaborative partnerships with individuals at all levels of the organisation.
Experience of managing successful marketing campaigns from idea generation and conception to implementation and measurement.
