MARKETING MANAGER - B2B SAAS
Our client is a leading SaaS provider of workplace communication solutions to the UK channel market and direct end-customers. They're seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Marketing Manager to join their agile and highly focused team in this hands-on, execution-focused role.
Ideal for someone with a strong track record in demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) within a SaaS or technology business, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-growth environment, working in a small but highly capable team.
Location: Hybrid role (majority office-based - Oxford Circus, London)
AS MARKETING MANAGER YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Plan and execute demand generation activities that support the sales cycle and customer pipeline, including webinars, content marketing, lead magnets, and ABM campaigns
- Support the Head of Digital in implementing nurture campaigns to guide prospects through the funnel
- Create and optimize sales enablement materials for both internal channel sales team and reseller partners
- Own customer engagement through newsletters, marketing communications, and content-driven campaigns
- Work closely with the Product team on go-to-market messaging for new feature releases
- Write engaging website copy and blog content targeted to ideal customer profiles (ICPs)
- Create compelling customer success stories and testimonials to build credibility
- Manage organic social media and content distribution tools, ensuring alignment with value propositions
- Own participation in industry and company events, maximizing brand awareness and lead generation
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to inform strategy and maintain competitive edge
THE IDEAL MARKETING MANAGER WILL HAVE:
- Minimum 4 years of marketing experience, with a focus on B2B SaaS, technology, or high-growth businesses
- Proven experience in a demand generation-focused marketing role, with hands-on experience in ABM, content marketing, and sales enablement
- An enthusiastic and outgoing personality, able to 'get people onside' across departments to drive initiatives forwards
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment
- Strong understanding of ICP development, messaging refinement, and persona-based marketing
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging
- A best-practice mindset, continuously looking for ways to optimize and improve performance
