Role Overview: They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join their forward-thinking Marketing team. This role is pivotal in managing day-to-day marketing activities, supporting fee-earning teams, and leading a team of Marketing Executives and Assistants. The ideal candidate will come from a professional services background and have a broad marketing skill set.
Key Responsibilities:
- Line manage and support the development of Marketing Executives and Assistants.
- Collaborate with Partners and Team Leaders to create and deliver strategic marketing and campaign plans.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about market trends.
- Provide expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, content marketing, and data analysis.
- Work with events, operations, PR, and design specialists to produce comprehensive campaign plans and marketing assets.
- Write, review, and edit impactful copy for various marketing channels, ensuring brand consistency.
- Develop strategic partnerships to expand the firm's reach and credibility.
- Manage marketing budgets and monitor spend to ensure adherence to agreed budgets.
- Deliver regular marketing performance reports to demonstrate effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in strategic marketing planning and budgeting.
- Successful track record in managing marketing campaigns from conception to implementation and measurement.
- Strong ability to manage and develop team members.
- Excellent copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills.
- Proficiency with website CMS, social media platforms, email marketing tools, and marketing analytics systems.
- Experience with Adobe Express or InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premier Pro is desirable.
- Experience in a professional services firm is essential.
