- Partner with product and technology partners to solve and problem solve limitations that may arise
- Partner with stakeholders on business modelling for initiatives, in turn prioritising roadmap deliverables
- Write and socialise clear business requirements for product and technology partners
- End-to-end delivery of key roadmap initiatives and going beyond the minimum viable product
- Understanding of existing legacy programs and program rules
- Maintain close partnership with legal teams
- Partner with Product and Tech to solve and problem-solve limitations that may arise
- A real passion for understanding loyalty and solving traveller problems using data and insights
