You’ll analyse user needs, improve product features, and work closely with teams across the business to ensure success.Key Responsibilities:Project Delivery:
  • Manage projects independently, ensuring they fit within the larger marketing strategy
  • Conduct user research and analyze market trends to provide valuable insights
Product Evaluation:
  • Assess product and feature improvements to meet user needs and ensure readiness for launch
  • Communicate new product developments to users
User Growth Strategy:
  • Identify opportunities to grow and engage users through new and existing product features
Marketing Planning & Execution:
  • Plan and execute marketing projects, choosing the most effective methods to achieve goals
  • Make informed business decisions with guidance from leadership
Problem Solving:
  • Propose creative solutions to marketing challenges
  • Identify process improvements and new challenges to solve
Collaboration & Communication:
  • Build strong relationships with team members and partners across the business
  • Act as a trusted partner for cross-functional teams, including business, design, and engineering
  • Gather feedback from peers and managers to improve your work and grow your skills
Team Impact:
  • Contribute to the team’s success by delivering high-quality work on time
Expertise & Learning:
  • Stay knowledgeable about core products, marketing strategies, and industry trends
  • Keep learning to improve your skills and apply them to your role
Main Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following fields:
CRM marketingLifecycle marketingProduct marketing focus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience with:
Project managementCross-functional stakeholder managementLeading projects to completionNon-Essential Skills/Qualifications:(Skills that would be nice to have but are not essential)
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
