Description
- Build, test and execute a multi-channel marketing campaign to support retail launches.
- Support website (Shopify) management, working with the junior marketing manager and website agency to test and develop the website to be high performing (product testing, comms testing, DTC conversions)
- Managing the advocacy programme to drive organic growth and brand awareness.
- Regularly report and analyse key metrics
- Support in relevant Innovate UK grants and applications
- Work with the team & community on new product developments
Profile
- 8+ years experience working in multichannel CPG, personalcare or beauty preferred
- Experience in launching and scaling consumer brands online and in retail.
- Experience in both offline and online sales, with experience in driving consumer behaviour to online purchasing is preferable
Job Offer
£80,000 - £90,000 salary
