You’ll work closely with Park Sales Managers and agency partners to create and execute park-specific marketing strategies that align with national campaigns while tailoring them to local audiences.What You’ll Do: * Execute Local Marketing Plans – Develop and deliver engaging regional marketing strategies, incorporating social media, email, and website updates. * Drive Regional Collaboration – Lead weekly regional calls, pool resources for bigger impact, and be the go-to marketing support for your parks. * Create Engaging Content – Craft organic social posts, email campaigns, and promotions to boost visibility and customer engagement. * Support & Train Park Teams – Deliver inductions and training, ensuring sales teams are marketing-savvy and aligned with best practices. * Manage Budgets & Performance – Keep spending on track and measure marketing success across your parks.What We’re Looking For: * 2-4 years of marketing experience (multi-site, retail, residential or hospitality a plus!) * Creative & strategic mindset – you love coming up with new ideas and seeing them through. * Strong communicator & collaborator – comfortable leading calls, working with multiple teams, and presenting ideas. * Social media & digital marketing savvy – experience with organic content, email campaigns, and web updates. * Proactive & adaptable – you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love taking ownership of projects.If you're ready to take your marketing career to the next level and make an impact across our regional parks, we’d love to hear from you
