Field Marketing Manager - £50.000 - 6-month contract - Remote (occasional travel to London)

I am currently recruiting for a Field Marketing Manager for my client. This is a varied role reporting into a fantastic hiring manager.

Key duties:

  • Develops and implements end-to-end integrated demand generation campaigns for the enterprise segment in the UK/IRE market, with an understanding of the target audience and messaging.
  • Executes marketing campaigns, including webinars, virtual events, physical events, social media, and email.
  • Contributes to global or corporate campaigns and events where applicable.
  • Understands and applies critical success factors for effective programmes, such as best practice tactics, optimal delivery methods/engagement models, technology/tools, relevant content, clear calls to action, and defined follow-up and hand-offs.
  • Generates marketing qualified leads and collaborates with BDRs to ensure proper follow-up to help build the sales pipeline whilst analysing campaign data/outreach results to continuously optimise lead generation.
  • Monitors results and optimises campaigns to ensure the effectiveness of events, including lead profiles, target audiences, conversion rates, and pipeline (converted + won).
  • Collaborates closely with the regional sales organisation and the global product marketing team to ensure accurate messaging and focus on target personas, with an emphasis on NEMEA.
  • Identifies vendors best suited for programme goals and manages relationships. Manages specific timelines and budgets.
