A dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager is required to join a leading organiser of digital infrastructure conferences, based in the heart of London.

This growing organisation delivers high-impact data centre events across national and emerging hubs throughout EMEA. Established in 2021 and now part of a larger B2B media and events group, the company brings together stakeholders from across the digital infrastructure space through multi-track conferences, expert panels, and vendor expos. With a focus on fostering objective insights and enabling meaningful business connections, they are fast becoming a key voice in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, content, and offline channels.
  • Manage end-to-end email marketing activities using MailChimp, including segmentation, automation, and analytics.
  • Use Salesforce to track leads, monitor campaign performance, and collaborate with the sales team.
  • Deploy and optimise lead nurturing workflows using Marketo or similar platforms.
  • Lead the corporate communications strategy, including press releases, media relations, and internal messaging.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Produce compelling content for digital platforms including websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters.
  • Oversee the company's digital presence, including website management and social media activity.
  • Analyse marketing performance data to inform strategic decisions and optimise future campaigns.
  • Manage external vendors and ensure marketing activities remain within budget.
  • Keep up to date with trends and innovations within the digital and event marketing landscape.
  • Mentor junior team members, depending on team structure and business needs.

Desirable Experience

  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B marketing, ideally in events, media, or technology.
  • Proficiency in MailChimp, Salesforce, and Marketo (or equivalent).
  • Skilled in content creation and confident in managing communications strategies.
  • Analytical and data-driven with a proactive and creative mindset.
  • Excellent project management and organisational capabilities.

Qualifications and Training

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Professional development or certifications in digital marketing tools/platforms are advantageous.
