We’re excited to be working on this amazing opportunity to find a Marketing Manager for a technology scale up.

THE ROLE OF MARKETING MANAGER:

- Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives.

- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.

- Define key marketing KPIs and track performance.

- The Marketing Manager will ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing and social media channels.

- Oversee content creation, advertising campaigns, and brand partnerships.

- Manage online marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.

- Oversee website performance, analytics, and optimisation.

- Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging digital assets.

- Plan, execute, and analyse marketing campaigns for product launches and promotions.

- Optimise customer acquisition and retention strategies.

- Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing efforts.

- Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively.

- Ensure maximum ROI on marketing initiatives.

- Analyse campaign performance and consumer behaviour using analytics tools.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THE MARKETING MANAGER ROLE:

- 5+ years of experience in marketing

- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.

- Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

- Experience in compliance and highly regulated industries.

- The Marketing Manager would have worked within a scale-up SaaS organisation
