Salary: £50,000-£60,000 

Currently partnered with a luxury premium brand who are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join the team and take charge of all marketing-related matters. This role is pivotal in ensuring the brand is consistently and effectively communicated across various channels globally.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Global Marketing Director to deliver and implement the global marketing strategy.
  • Manage and allocate the marketing budget across different communication channels (print, online, PR, event marketing).
  • Ensure consistent global communication of the brand across various media.
  • Plan and execute media strategies and assess post-campaign effectiveness.
  • Work with the Head of Digital to execute digital strategies (web, digital campaigns, social media).
  • Support the global sales team while maintaining brand guidelines.
  • Manage communication with retailers and oversee the “look & feel” of trade fairs.
  • Write briefs, appoint, and manage external agencies (advertising, digital, design).
  • Produce brand and product imagery and copy for the company and its partners.
  • Set and enforce brand guidelines for global implementation.
  • Support the Brand and Product Training Manager in training the business network on brand.
  • Design and implement consumer marketing actions such as targeted events or mailings.
  • Oversee trade shows and events.
  • Conduct regular brand reviews to benchmark against competitors and initiate corrective actions.
  • Manage the marketing budget centrally and in various countries.
  • Deliver regular reports on key marketing metrics to the Sales team.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and second-in-command to the Global Marketing Director.

Required skillset:

  • University degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in communication (company or agency).
  • Experience in working with and managing external agencies/suppliers.
  • Strong creative and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in digital media and delivering a 360º marketing plan.
  • Experience in managing a budget and being results-oriented.
  • Ability to work in a small organization, hands-on, and as a team player.
