Do you want to work with a leading food brand within their category?

Do you have experience managing high profile portfolios as well as managing large marketing budgets?

The Advocate Group arein search of a dynamic and hands on Marketing Manager who will have end-to-end accountability for communications, innovation, activation, and performance. The Marketing Managers primary focus will be to develop and implement the brand strategy, collaborating with commercial teams to drive growth and create compelling marketing programs that resonate with consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of annual brand plans and work with the Marketing Director on long-term growth strategies
  • Drive the consumer agenda by leveraging insights from CMI partners to inform both short-term and long-term plans.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities, ensuring brand plans are informed by consumer insights and competitive analysis. Meet budget targets for specific brands/sub-brands.
  • Create demand-centric innovation platforms and activation plans, collaborating with the commercialization team to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Act as the brand guardian for the portfolio, managing coordinated marketing efforts across various channels and ensuring standout communication strategies.
  • Manage a marketing budget of over £5m and continuously evaluating expenditure against business objectives.

Abou you:

  • Proven marketing experience in Food, with a strong understanding of the UK&I market.
  • Passion for consumer-centric strategies and the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Experience in multimedia campaign development and agency management.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on profitable growth.
