Marketing Manager - B2B SaaS Sector

This company is looking for a Marketing Manager to drive marketing strategy and lead generation efforts across key EMEA markets. In this role, you will work closely with sales teams to support new business development and large account strategies, ensuring impactful campaigns that generate results.

As a key member of the EMEA marketing team, you will manage an event coordinator, coordinate 3rd parties, and collaborate with digital, content, nurturing, and customer success teams to develop and execute high-performing campaigns.

The Role:
  • Define and adapt local marketing strategies to support EMEA-wide goals and regional sales objectives.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns targeted by account segments, industries, and buyer personas.
  • Organize and coordinate tradeshows, conferences, webinars, and exclusive company-hosted events to enhance brand presence and drive engagement.
  • Support large account conversion through tailored marketing programs and targeted campaigns.
  • Develop compelling campaign assets, sales enablement materials, and marketing collateral.
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, LinkedIn Marketing Manager, Tableau, and other marketing tools to drive continuous optimization.
  • Conduct market research, database segmentation, and competitive analysis to refine marketing strategies.
  • Manage external agencies and freelancers while overseeing the event coordinator based in the UK.
  • Oversee marketing budgets and reporting, ensuring effective resource allocation.
The ideal candidate's experience:

? 7-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the IT/software sector.? Strong expertise in marketing automation platforms (Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (Salesforce).? Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.? A creative, energetic mindset with a passion for building impactful marketing campaigns.
