Marketing Manager

Your new companyI am working with a dynamic and growing business operating in the B2B real estate sector. They are continuing to expand, so are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to take ownership of their marketing strategy and execution.Your new roleAs Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the Development Directors to align marketing initiatives with business goals. This is a hands-on, strategic role that requires creativity, strong project management skills, and a results-driven mindset. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement marketing strategies in collaboration with external marketing and communications agencies.
• Content Creation: Ensure all marketing content is engaging, effective, and aligned with brand messaging.
• Campaign Development: Generate creative campaign ideas for real estate assets and oversee their execution.
• Project Management: Work with agencies to drive project priorities and timelines, proof and refine marketing materials, and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
• Design & Editing: Make final edits to marketing materials using InDesign or Illustrator when needed.
• Website Management: Monitor and update the company website via our CMS.
• Problem-Solving: Address urgent concerns or feedback on marketing materials quickly and efficiently.
• Team Support: Assist the marketing team in delivering high-quality materials within set deadlines.

What you'll need to succeedExperience: 3-5 years in marketing or communications within the B2B real estate or logistics sector (this is essential).Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe PDF) is a strong advantage.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Multitasking & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and perform well under pressure.Proactive & Team-Oriented: A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment and can drive large projects to completion.What you will get in returnYou will receive up to £50,000 + bonus, complimentary breakfast and lunch daily, flexible working with no set working days (you can choose as an when you come into the office).
