This newly created role will support the overall marketing function for their B2C arm of the business, following a successful acquisition.
We are searching for an experienced and highly autonomous full mix marketer to join our client’s team. Due to the nature of the business we are searching for candidates with a B2C background, ideally within a service lead industry.
To spearhead an aggressive growth-focused marketing strategy, with the primary goal of substantially increasing new enquiries and revenue generation. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a dynamic 12-month marketing plan aimed at accelerating business growth and maximising revenue potential
- Achieving ambitious targets for new client acquisition and existing customer engagement to drive significant revenue increases
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a dynamic, results-driven marketing strategy to accelerate business growth and maximise revenue potential- with a focus on social media and paid advertising
- Drive new client acquisition and increase engagement with existing customers to achieve ambitious revenue goals
- Boost brand visibility and market penetration across multiple channels to generate new enquiries and leads
- Optimise both digital and traditional marketing channels to achieve exponential growth in website traffic and conversions
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to create targeted marketing initiatives that maximise customer lifetime value and repeat business
- Monitor and analyse performance, using data to continuously refine strategies and improve ROI
The ideal candidate:
- Growth in B2C Marketing: Proven experience in driving business growth in a B2C environment, particularly with an affluent target demographic
- Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of ROI, budget management, and using data-driven insights to optimise marketing efforts for maximum revenue generation
- Go-To-Market Strategies: Ability to define and execute effective go-to-market strategies tailored for B2C brands, focusing on luxury and premium audiences
- A/B Testing & Campaign Optimisation: Demonstrated experience in using A/B testing tactics to assess and improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Project Management: Experience in managing multiple, simultaneous marketing projects, from brand development to paid advertising campaigns
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to influence and engage internal stakeholders, ensuring marketing initiatives align with broader business objectives and positively contribute to inbound generation and brand awareness
- Creative & Analytical Balance: Strong ability to balance creative marketing strategies with analytical decision-making to optimise campaign performance and achieve business goals
