- Drive elements of content & offer strategies for Play’s in-store and notification and email surfaces.
- Execute & scale promotional campaigns and offers, working closely with internal cross-functional teams (Operations, Business Development, Legal, Product Management, Consumer Marketing) and third-party agencies. Proactively evaluate results to make recommendations for further optimization and new areas of focus
- With operations, platform and product teams, assist in the conception of creative solutions & processes for scaling content delivery
- 5+ years of experience within one or more of the following fields: CRM marketing, lifecycle marketing, or product marketing focusÂ
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with project management, cross-functional stakeholder management, and leading projects to completion.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with project management skills
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to track and measure marketing campaign performance
- Passion for growth marketing and ability to manage different marketing channels for a campaign
