The Role (part time or full time considered!)We're on the lookout for an experienced Marketing Manager to join on a 15-month maternity contract, possibly longer. This is a rare opportunity to lead the marketing strategy across a diverse range of channels - from PR and influencer partnerships to digital marketing and website management. You'll have the chance to make a real difference, working on creative campaigns that drive growth, increase brand awareness, and strengthen retailer partnerships.
If you're someone who enjoys rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck into both strategy and execution, this is the role for you. We will happily consider applicants that prefer working a 4 x day week.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and sales
- Managing PR and influencer partnerships, working closely with agencies and sourcing talent to amplify our brand
- Leading digital marketing campaigns, including PPC and paid social, in collaboration with external partners
- Overseeing the performance of our three B2C websites, ensuring they align with commercial goals
- Creating compelling e-newsletters and marketing content that resonates with our audience
- Supporting and mentoring our Social Media Manager to deliver standout social campaigns
- Tracking and reporting on performance across all channels, turning insights into action
- Collaborating with UK retailers on tailored campaigns that strengthen partnerships and drive brand visibility
- Taking the lead on creative assets, ensuring all marketing materials align with our brand guidelines
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a broad marketing role, within a small business environment where you've worn multiple hats
- A blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution - you're just as happy managing agencies as you are writing copy or briefing designers
- Experience managing PR and influencer campaigns, with a strong understanding of how to maximise brand coverage
- Digital marketing know-how, including PPC, social media, and website management
- Experience with tools like Canva, Klaviyo, Omnisend, Google Ads, and social media platforms advantageous but not essential

- Salary in the range of £45K plus generous bonus.
