Marketing Manager - Maternity Leave cover( 1 Year)

Key Responsibilities

  • To lead and motivate the junior members of the marketing team with clearly defined objectives, processes and KPIs, and ensure the team are managing their tasks effectively using Trello project management system.
  • Plan and implement fully integrated marketing campaigns designed to enhance awareness, promote data capture and/or lead generation.
  • Communicate partner marketing campaign plans internally and externally.
  • Oversee design and publication of all marketing material to support campaigns, branding, events and activities. To critically post-evaluate all marketing activity with view to continuously improving ROI and provide reporting and analysis and lead junior members of the marketing team in the evaluation activities.
  • To work with our Digital Marketing agency to develop and oversee effective implementation of PPC and other digital marketing efforts.
  • To assist the Head of Marketing on managing the company's marketing budgets, maintaining tight control whilst having flexible dynamics in place to adjust the budgets dependent on growth forecasts.
  • To assist the Head of Marketing on developing and overseeing implementation of our new brand guidelines, websites and CRM capabilities.
  • Responsible for successfully organising consumer events/ shows including all marketing material and branding related to the show.
  • To represent the company on key trade shows throughout the year, such as WTM, LATA Expo etc.
  • To work with the Head of Marketing and Product department to develop and nurture relationships with key suppliers to secure marketing and pricing opportunities.
  • Liaise with the Business Development team in creating brand and marketing assets for travel agents/trade events.

Salary up to £44,000

Hybrid working 2 days in office 3 from home
