Marketing Operations Manager

Marketing Operations Manager / London / £35000 to £45000 DOE

Our client, a leading life sciences organisation specialising in dermatology are currently recruiting for a Marketing Operations Manager, you will have the chance to support the core marketing teams by ensuring the effectiveness and execution of key operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Marketing Brand Managers with yearly congress plans.
• Support recruitment/onboarding processes with HR.
• Upload marketing materials to Veeva Promo Mats and obtain timely approvals.
• Onboard new agencies/suppliers and prepare Fair Market assessment forms.
• Raise and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely approval.
• Approve and check all invoices via the Coupa System.
• Manage the Marketing VM (Budget Tracker) with the Brand Manager.
• Create and maintain the Team Calendar.
• Arrange internal and external meetings within budgets.
• Oversee donation requests for PDT clinics.
• Act as Compliance Champion, ensuring SOP compliance.
• Participate in the Compliance Monitoring team.
• Ensure compliance with the ABPI code of practice.
• Adhere to all company policies.

Ideal person:

• Excellent project management and logistical skills.
• Strong collaborator across internal functions.
• Solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience with Veeva Promo Mats and PO systems.
• Previous experience in a pharmaceutical organisation.
