Marketing Operations Project Manager

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for marketing operations? Join our Global client as a Marketing Operations Project Manager! In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate with global teams to drive key initiatives, streamline operations and manage international projects. You'll also play a critical role in supporting media operations for EMEA, working closely with media agencies to optimise budgets and campaign strategies.

  • Lead overall project management for international customers, including scheduling meetings and following up on actions.
  • Manage regular reporting from all workstreams, highlighting project details and assist in consolidating monthly leadership reports.
  • Regularly update presentations and Teams channels while supporting internal communications.
  • ?Assist in the planning and monitoring of the regional media budgets.
  • Work with regional & Corporate media teams & local media agencies for reporting of budget spend.

Relevant Experience/Skills:

  • Project management experience; PRINCE2 would be beneficial.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions and continuously improve processes and practices.
  • A growth mindset with strong self-motivation and resilience for proactively tackling challenges.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with various internal teams, including Finance, Strategy and Product Teams.
  • Proven track record with creative and digital marketing technologies, such as Microsoft Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Teams & Slack is essential.

Please note: This is a hybrid working, 12 month role and paid on a daily rate inside IR35.
