Description

  • Support in developing a high performing CRM team, and line managing the individuals within it.
  • Build, maintain and own the email marketing plan alongside supporting long-term objectives of high performance in this field.
  • Ensure CRM is fit for purpose to activate wider marketing campaigns.
  • Build technical knowledge base internally within the organisation.
  • Become a "product owner" for the CRM, providing insights and promoting understanding across the organisation.
  • Support in promotion of data hygiene, segmentations, and in advancing automation objectives.
  • Create and maintain a strategy for measuring and acting upon key performance metrics across marketing channels.

Profile

  • Experience of CRM platforms. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is desired but not necessary.
  • Ability to improve customer lifecycle marketing through CRM improvements.
  • Able to train and support others in CRM best practice.
  • Experience of using marketing automation tolls and applications.
  • Data analysis experience, and the ability to develop insights from a range of data. Experience of Google Analytics, Hootsuite and Google Data Studios is desireable.
  • Strong communications skills, and an ability to foster constructive relationships across multiple teams.
