- Drive Membership Growth: Lead acquisition strategies across digital, email, PPC, web, partnerships, and direct mail to attract and engage new members.

- Be a Digital Champion: Leverage tools like SEO, SEM, paid social media, email marketing, and online advertising to optimize campaign reach and conversions.

- Make Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze user journeys, monitor campaign performance, and provide insights to enhance our marketing strategies.

- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with departments and external partners to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals.

- Create Impactful Content: Develop marketing materials and content that reflect their values, enhance their brand, and resonate with their audience.

- Proven experience in digital marketing and customer acquisition (SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media).

- Strong analytical skills—track, measure, and optimize marketing campaigns with ease.

- Exceptional communication and copywriting skills that appeal to diverse audiences.

- Familiarity with CRM platforms, digital tools, and budget management.

- A results-driven approach and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
