The Membership Experience Manager will be responsible for…

  • This role plays a crucial part in managing and developing the experience for members and implementing strategic changes that aim at increasing member satisfaction, acquisition and retention. It also plays a key role in the Future of membership programme, helping to shape membership for the next 100 years.
  • Responsible for the overall management, delivery, review and ongoing development of a seamless end to end membership journey and exceptional membership experience with the organisation including the welcome and onboarding process and key updates to members. Responsible for reviewing, reporting and adapting where applicable.
  • Working collaboratively with the Membership Services team and Membership Engagement team develop and manage the user experience of members.

What we look for

  • Experience in managing member journeys and experience.
  • Experience of working in a membership organisation.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of communication planning and writing.
  • Knowledge and understanding of digital customer platforms (e.g. DotDigital).
  • Ideally line management experience.

What we offer

  • Salary: £41,172 to £43,212 per annum, inclusive of London Supplement.
  • Can be hybrid or fully remote.
  • 5 days week - 37.5 hours.
  • Central London.
  • 28 day's paid holiday per year (plus bank holidays), increasing to 29 days after 2 years and 30
  • days after 5 years. Plus the ability to buy up to 1 working week of additional leave.
  • Contributory pension scheme - min 2% employee contribution receives 6% employer contribution up to max of 10% employer contribution matched with 5% employee contribution (until 5 years' service reached, when 14% employer contribution achievable).
