About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented business development professional to take ownership of key partnerships, ensuring their continued success while identifying and onboarding new referral sources.

As Business Development Manager, you will:

  • Take over existing partnerships, ensuring a seamless handover from the outgoing BDM.
  • Drive adoption of services across current relationships.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop growth-focused business plans.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create essential business development materials.
  • Overhaul processes and agreements to establish a more standardised approach.
  • Share valuable market insights internally and deliver regular performance updates.

What we’re looking for:

To succeed as a Business Development Manager, you’ll need a proven track record within the Mortgage and Protection industry. You’ll be a proactive and entrepreneurial individual with strong relationship-building skills and a results-oriented approach.

  • A proven history of revenue growth within the mortgage and protection industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the mortgage, protection, wealth management, and estate agency sectors.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
