About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented business development professional to take ownership of key partnerships, ensuring their continued success while identifying and onboarding new referral sources.
As Business Development Manager, you will:
- Take over existing partnerships, ensuring a seamless handover from the outgoing BDM.
- Drive adoption of services across current relationships.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop growth-focused business plans.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create essential business development materials.
- Overhaul processes and agreements to establish a more standardised approach.
- Share valuable market insights internally and deliver regular performance updates.
What we’re looking for:
To succeed as a Business Development Manager, you’ll need a proven track record within the Mortgage and Protection industry. You’ll be a proactive and entrepreneurial individual with strong relationship-building skills and a results-oriented approach.

- A proven history of revenue growth within the mortgage and protection industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the mortgage, protection, wealth management, and estate agency sectors.
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical skills, adept at monitoring partnership performance and identifying key market opportunities
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Competent in using a wide range of IT tools and industry applications.
