Sonic Summary

An experienced Multi Trade Joiner is needed for a full-time position in the Voids Team covering Kensington and Chelsea.
The role involves carrying out building repairs, maintenance, and renewals on properties managed by the Council, including both occupied and void housing.
The work hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, totaling 36 hours per week, with a company van and fuel card provided.
Candidates must have a full driving license, experience in domestic repairs and maintenance, and an NVQ or equivalent in Joinery or a similar field.
The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience, which should include relevant domestic repairs and maintenance.

Full time role, working Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm 36 hours per week. A company van will be provided.

The role -

To carry out building repairs, maintenance and renewals ranging from scheduled to emergency and other routine reactive repairs on properties looked after by the Council.

Repairs and refurbishment work in occupied and void housing properties.

A van and fuel card are supplied with this post.
Hours of work - Monday to Friday 8am until 4pm.

Requirements needed to apply.

* A full driving licence required.
* Experience in Domestic repairs and maintenance.
* NVQ or equivalent in Joinery or similar.
