We are on the lookout for a dedicated and energetic Tesco National Account Manager (NAM) who will be instrumental in driving sales and managing growth of the account. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Tesco account, ensuring strategic objectives are met and developing effective working relationships.

Our client is an SME business within F&B. They offer a range of food and drink products, both to take home and for on-the-go, with a health conscious focus.
Description
- Manage and nurture the relationship with Tesco, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed goals.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities in the FMCG industry.
- Develop presentations and proposals to meet customer requirements.
- Monitor sales performance, reporting regularly to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Address any issues or conflicts that arise with the Tesco account.
- Attend industry events and network to foster relationships and increase brand visibility.
Profile
A successful Tesco NAM should have:
- Proven experience managing either Tesco or Sainsbury's at national level.
- Background within FMCG, food/drink preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking to develop effective sales strategies.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- A strong understanding of the Tesco account and its requirements.
Job Offer
- A competitive salary in the range of £50,000 - £65,000 GBP, plus bonus.
- Hybrid working with a Central London office
