Overview:Leading manufacturer of premium solid surface quartz and stone worktops selling into kitchen manufacturers, house builders, and fabricators. Currently looking to recruit a driven and experienced National Account Manager to lead and grow sales within the London and southeast region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan targeting kitchen manufacturers, house builders, and fabricators.
  • Manage and expand relationships with key national accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key accounts.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in a senior sales role within the construction materials or related industry.
  • Experience selling to kitchen manufacturers, house builders, or fabricators is essential.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute long-term strategic sales plans.
