National Account Manager

We are pleased to be working with a leading name in the Soft Drinks space known for innovative flavors, commitment to health and wellness, and sustainable practices. They pride themselves on crafting high-quality, organic drinks that delights consumers and supports a healthy lifestyle.

As they experience growth, they are looking for a dynamic National Account Manager to join a passionate team and drive a national sales strategy.

The National Account Manager will be responsible for developing and managing key Convenience and High Street accounts, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with external stakeholders. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the beverage industry, exceptional negotiation skills, and a proven track record of managing national accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve national account targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence/share.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create tailored promotions and product offerings for key accounts.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations for growth.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with national accounts to maximise profitability.
  • Be a representative at trade shows, industry events, and meetings with key stakeholders.

Key attributes:

  • Experience and knowledge within Food or Drinks, ideally challenger brand or SME
  • Comfortable with presenting to national accounts and managing relationships
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Numbers driven, goal orientated and sales motivated
  • Highly organised and time efficient

The ideal candidate will have growth experience, increasing exposure / listings within current customers whilst driving new client acquisition within Convenience, High Street or Wholesale channels.
