Seeking a motivated and goal-oriented NAM to join our Sales team, who will be responsible for managing key accounts, maintaining long term relationships with accounts and maximizing sales.

Description

  • Hold responsibility for a portfolio of nation accounts across retail, pure-players and department stores.
  • Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, to run effective promotional campaigns.
  • Manage negotiations, JBPs, and take ownership of the P&L across your accounts.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting of forecasts, pipeline, strategic plans and market trends.
  • Develop and implement a customer focused sales strategy.

Profile

A successful NAM UK should have:

  • Proven experience managing national accounts in some or all of: grocery, high street, pure-players, department stores.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
  • Able to be in Central London 3 days a week.
