Based in either London, Reading, Oldbury or Manchester, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing Manager looking to progress their career working for a recognised brand, as part of a forward thinking team within a dynamic business to business professional services market.

With line management responsibility for a Marketing Executive, the successful candidate will lead the strategic development and delivery of marketing programmes aligned to the firm’s strategy. Reporting to the National Senior Marketing Manager, you will work across all aspects of the marketing mix and will be expected to conduct relevant client and competitor intelligence and develop an awareness and understanding of the firm’s markets and business activity. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to develop and deliver marketing plans that align with sector and service business plans and help raise the firm’s reputation, increase recognition and build relationships, highlighting partners’ specialist skills and services in desired markets. It will be your responsibility to manage, develop and deliver comprehensive marketing campaigns from inception through to completion across the full marketing spectrum and effectively measure, evaluate and present back on all marketing activity and performance measures to help inform continuous improvement. Acting as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency and compliance in the development of all marketing content, the successful applicant will also write, edit and curate content for email marketing, the firm’s website, advertising, brochures, social media and other digital content and have an input in the drafting of award submissions. Travel will be required to other UK office locations.

Efficient and enthusiastic, the ideal candidate will be a bright graduate or equivalent, with a strong professional services marketing background, preferably gained in an accountancy firm, to include past success in line management and a track record in the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns and programmes, including experience in all areas of digital marketing. This role would suit someone who is creative, innovative and proactive with excellent communication, organisation and project management skills and outstanding analytical ability. The National Marketing Manager, will also possess strong business knowledge, experience of CRM and a good working knowledge of HTML emailing platforms.
