Responsibilities:

  1. Drive sales results for the entire country to ensure objectives are achieved in all clinics.
  2. Monitor the sales plans on a daily and weekly basis of treatment coordinators and doctors, track conversions, create & execute improvement action plans when required.
  3. Ensure the growth and cash flow profitability of the clinics in the UK.
  4. Monitor the sales plans on a daily and weekly basis of treatment coordinators and doctors, track conversions, and create & execute improvement action plans when required. Ensure achievements of monthly and annual budgets, and that revenue flows are maximised and that costs are minimised.
  5. Become CQC certified & ensure compliance with regulations and CQC sanitary protocols
  6. Acquire other certificates (e.g. H.I.S.) that may be required for the role
  7. Be accountable for clinic budgets.
  8. Coach and train sales team, hygienists, dentists on sales best practices and monitor their KPIs.
  9. Ensure compliance with sales processes and correct follow-up procedures. Solve escalated issues.
  10. Communicate company vision, motivate teams, and ensure great team performance in the country.
  11. Organise work schedules for teams such as sales, nurses, hygienists, and doctors.
  12. Ensure compliance with regulations, especially compliance with sanitary protocols.
  13. Engage in marketing activities & interviews, receipt of influencers, and photoshoots. This may involve videos for social media together with other team members. Lead this by example. Motivate other teams to be social.
  14. Support openings of new clinics as required.
  15. Ensure a perfect customer experience in every moment of the customer journey.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in sales management, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
  2. Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in training and motivating sales teams.
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a results-driven mindset.
  4. A growth-oriented approach, always looking for ways to improve performance and expand the business.
  5. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Ability to travel as needed within the UK Clinics.
  7. Hands-on approach: Comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment with lean staffing and ownership of initiatives.
