- Support a sector leader to establish sectors as the primary route to market and foster a sales-driven culture
- Coach Client Partners on BD efforts with nominated clients, prospects, and targets in the pipeline
- Collaborate with Marketing and Communications teams to create BD and marketing materials
- Attend client meetings, represent the firm at events, and support flagship marketing campaign
- Promote CRM tools, assist with pitches, gather client feedback, onboard new clients, and present full value-added capabilities to clients
Your Skills:
- Experience in building relationships with people at various roles and seniority levels across a business
- Experience working alongside senior leaders, coaching and influencing them on business development approaches
- Ability to immerse yourself in a market to understand its trends, issues, and opportunities
- Experience in business development within B2B or professional services
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively
- Proven ability to drive results and meet business development goals
