- 3+years' experience within an on-trade sales or account management role, preferably within the Craft beer industry or Brewing industry.
- A passion for craft beer and a solid understanding of the brewing process.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
- A track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
