We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Operational Account Manager to be responsible for the technical and operational management of medical equipment, customer relationships, contract retention and growth. Please note that this is a field based nationwide role, and medical devices experience is essential.

As the Operational Account Manager, you will be responsible for: * Customer relationship management, retention of existing customer contracts.* Acting as a critical link between different commercial departments and the customer. * Reviewing and updating existing procedures.* Responsible for investigation of incidents involving medical devices. * Working closely with customer experience managers to monitor customer satisfaction and manage improvement initiatives.* Many other duties, full job description available upon request.
The successful Operational Account Manager will have the following related skills / experience:* Extensive technical knowledge of medical devices.* Recognised professional qualification in engineering or clinical services.* Familiarity with appropriate national and local regulatory standards.* Extensive knowledge of MHRA Managing Medical Devices and associated* legislation/regulations.* At least 6 years working with/for healthcare providers/suppliers.
